一种箕斗是否好用,在很大程度上取决于它的闸门结构,所以分析和研究箕斗的闸门是很必要的.在大型箕斗设
计中,这个问题更应慎重考虑.根据目前我国煤矿主井立井普遍使用的箕斗闸门,存在问题的分析及国外煤矿常
用的几种箕斗的探讨,寻求一种较好的新型结构的箕斗闸门,来满足我国煤矿不断生产的需求.
针对这种箕斗闸门,要满足以下要求:①结构简单、重量轻、检修方便。②具有运行安全可靠的显著特点。
③节约了运行费用,取得了良好的经济效益。
对于箕斗闸门涉及的加工工艺——焊接部分,由于对闸门的工艺要求不高,所以这部分从“结构简单,价格
便宜,使用可靠,维修方便”的方面考虑,焊接方法采用手工电弧焊。闸门是扇型的,焊接方式采用角接接
头形式焊接。

ABSTRACT
One kind of skip is whether easy to use,it decided in the very great degree by its strobe
structure.Therefore the analysis and the research skip strobe are very essential.The question
should give careful consideration in the large scale skip design.According to the present our
country coalwell vertical shaft universal use skip the strobe,the existence question analysis
and the overseas coal mine commonly used several kind of skip discussions,seek one kind of
better newstructure skip the strobe to meet the need which our country coal mine unceasingly
produces.
Below in view of this kind of ore basket strobe, must satisfy requests: ①structures simple,
the weight light, the overhaul is convenient.② has transports the good security reliable
remark-
able characteristic.③ saved the operating cost, has obtained the good economic efficiency.
Processing craft - - welding part involves which regarding the ore basket design in, because
the strobe butt weld technological requirement is not high, is simple from the structure, the
price is cheap, the use is reliable, the service is convenient, the work noise small
consideration, the welding tool may select the welding rod arc welding; Because is the fan
strobe, therefore in the both sides needs by the radian form welding.
