(2) 根据矿井参数设计一台多绳摩擦式提升机,对提升系统布置、提升机滚筒、和减速器进行详细设计,并对其它相关部件选型设计。设计参数:年产量为90万吨/年,工作制度为年工作300天、两班生产、一班检修,主井采用箕斗提升、每日净工作14小时,井筒深度490m。
(3) 绘制图纸总量不少于3.5张A0图纸,撰写设计说明书,说明书正文不少于55页。
(4) 翻译1篇外文文献,字数不少于3000字。
摘 要
矿井提升机是矿山井下生产系统和地面工业广场相联接的枢纽,是矿山运输的咽喉。因此,矿井提升机在煤炭运输行业占有极其重要的地位。其中多绳摩擦式提升机式现在使用最多的提升设备。
多绳摩擦式提升机是由安装于提升机摩擦轮(主导轮)筒壳上的摩擦衬垫来驱动钢丝绳,它是提升载荷的一个非常重要的零件,其摩擦性能的好坏,直接影响着提升机的工作能力、工作效率和安全性等。因此摩擦衬垫的选择主要应该有以下特点:一是摩擦性能要好,即与钢丝绳对偶的摩擦系数要高而稳定;二是不能损伤钢丝绳,即衬垫的硬度应低于钢丝绳。围绕这两个特点,选用聚氯乙烯为摩擦衬垫。
摩擦提升机是靠摩擦衬垫与钢丝绳之间的摩擦力来传递动力, 由此可能出现滑动事故。因此必须进行防滑验算。制动系统是提升机不可缺少的重要组成部分, 是提升机最后一道也是最关键的安全保障装置, 制动装置的可靠性直接关系到提升机的安全运行。
摩擦轮式多绳摩擦式提升机的主要承载部件,在这次设计中采用经验公式对摩擦轮壳进行验算与校核。减速器也是这次设计中的一个重要工作。

ABSTRACT
