摘要
本次毕业设计的课题为宿迁市现代实验学校综合服务楼,设计内容包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。
建筑设计是在满足现有的自然环境与总体规划的前提下,根据设计任务书的要求,综合考虑了使用功能、结构施工、材料设备、经济艺术等问题,着重解决了建筑内部使用功能和使用空间的合理安排﹑内部和外表的艺术效果以及各种细部的构造方式等,进而创造出既科学又具有观赏性的生活、工作环境。建筑物是社会物质和文化财富,在满足使用要求的同时,还需要考虑人们对建筑物在美观方面的要求,本设计在一主要入口采用弧形立面,局部立面凹凸——丰富和美化了建筑造型;其主体三层,局部四层,建筑立面对比显明﹑错落有置。同时,这些恰当的建筑造型处理使本建筑很好的融入了学校活跃而又活泼的气氛中。综合考虑以上因素,最终确定设计方案,画出建筑施工图。
结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上,首先确定结构方案,选择合理的结构体系,本设计采用框架结构,框架结构是由梁、柱、节点及基础组成的结构形式。横梁和立柱通过节点连成一体,形成承重结构,将荷载传至基础。其特点是承重系统与非承重系统有明确的分工,支承建筑空间的骨架与梁﹑柱是承重系统,而分割室内外空间的围护结构和轻质隔墙是非承重的,这种结构形式强度高,整体性好,刚度大,抗震性好,开窗自由。结构选型后进行结构布置,并初步估算确定结构构件尺寸,最后进行结构计算。结构计算包括手算和电算两部分。手算内容主要有:荷载计算,恒载作用下、活载作用下框架内力计算,地震作用下横向框架的内力计算,框架荷载内力组合计算,框架梁柱截面设计,楼梯结构设计、现浇楼面板设计以及基础设计;电算主要是:PKPM电算校核分析。最终根据计算结果画出结构平法施工图。
总之,此学校综合服务楼的设计,是按照安全﹑适用﹑耐久﹑美观﹑经济的设计原则进行设计的。

This graduation project topic is the school synthesis for the Suqian modern age to serve the building, the design content including the architectural design and the structural design two parts.
The architectural design is in satisfies the existing natural environment and under the overall plan premise, according to the design project description request, overall evaluation questions and so on use function,structure construction, material equipment, economical art, has solved emphatically has constructed internal use function and the use space reasonable arrangement, interior and the semblance artistic effect as well as each detail structure way and so on, then creates both the science and to have the ornamental life, the working conditions.The building is the social material and the cultural wealth, while satisfies the operation requirements, but also needs to consider the people to the building in the artistic aspect request, this design use the arc in a main entrance to set up the surface, set up the surface concave-convex ,to enrich and to beautify the construction modelling partially; Its main body three, partial four, the construction stands clearly facing compared to ,scattered about has sets.At the same time, these appropriate construction modelling processing caused this construction very good to integrate the school active and in the lively atmosphere.The overall evaluation above factor, finally determined the design proposal, draws the construction construction drawing.
The structural design is in the building preliminary design foundation, first is definite the structure plan, chooses the reasonable structure system, this design uses the portal frame construction, the portal frame construction is the structural style which by the beam, the column, the node and the foundation is composed.The crossbeam and the column are united as one body through the node, form the load-bearing member, passes on the load to the foundation.Its characteristic is the load-bearing system has the explicit division of labor with the non-load-bearing system, the supporting construction space skeleton﹑ beam and column is the load-bearing system, but divides inside and outside the room the spatial surrounding protection structure and the light quality partition walllight quality partition wall right and wrong load-bearing, this kind of structural style intensity is high, the integrity is good, the rigidity is big, the anti-knocking property is good, opens the window to be free.After the structure shaping carries on the structural arrangement, and the preliminary estimate determination structural unit size, finally carries on the structure computation.The structure computation including the hand calculated calculates two parts with the electricity.The hand calculated the content mainly has: Load computation, under under dead load function, live load function frame endogenic force computation, under earthquake function crosswise frame endogenic force computation, frame load endogenic force combination computation, frame beam column section design, staircase structural design, cast-in-place floorboard design as well as foundation design; The electricity calculated mainly is: The PKPM electricity calculates the examination analysis.Finally draws the structure even method construction drawing according to the computed result.
In brief, this school synthesis service building design is defers to safely ,  suitable,durable,artistic ,economical principle of design to carry on the design.
