摘  要

本次毕业设计题目为进贤县滨湖华城住宅楼施工组织设计。本工程建筑高度19.90米，建筑总面积约3287.93m2，建筑

层数为六层。其中：底层为杂物间，一层至五层为普通住宅，六层为跃层住宅.。本工程为多层普通住宅，安全等级

为二级，设计合理使用年限为50年.，抗震设防烈度为6度以下，屋面防水等级为III级，主体为砖混结构，基础为沉

管灌注桩基础。本工程工期为190天，拟开工日期2012年1月1日，预计竣工日期2012年7月8日。
本施工组织设计主要包括施工总体部署、施工准备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、安全及文明施

工措施。充分考虑各个方面因素，进行详细的设计。
本施工组织设计根据每个项目的特点、结构特征、重点和难点，建立相应的管理组织机构，编制针对性科学性的施工

方案，以确保施工安全顺利的完成。

ABSTRACT

The graduation project topic is the Jinxian the Binhu Chinese city residential floor construction

organization design.The engineering building height of 19.90 meters, total construction area of about

3287.93㎡ building layers of six layers. Among them: the bottom of the utility room, one to five for

the average residential six duplex residential. This project is a multi-layer ordinary residence, the

security level of the two, the rational design of useful life of 50 years, the seismic intensity of 6

degrees below the roofing grade III level, the main brick structure, the basis for the immersed tube

piles foundation the construction period of 190 days, the proposed start date of January 1, 2012, the

expected completion date of July 8, 2012.
The construction design includes overall arrangements for construction, construction preparation,

mainly in part of the project construction methods, quality assurance measures, safe and civilized

construction measures. Take full account of the various factors and detailed design。
The organizational design of the construction according to the each project’s particularity ，

structural characteristics and key points，establish the management organization and targeted

scientific construction program to ensure construction safety and successful completion 。
